New Urbanism

New urbanism philosophy: intergenerational, quality of public spaces, ‘designed for life’ environment, and ecological and low energy houses. For this type of project, a particular method of ‘Charette Urbanistique’ with the participative collaboration with local residents and all the intervening authorities has led to the creation of an intergenerational neighbourhood, in perfect harmony with the urban and environmental context.
